We removed the old ones from 1994 and found one with the rubber completely separated and other 3 were worn pretty significantly. The new ones even have a gel type vibration dampened in them. Wow what a dramatic drop in vibration! I wonder sometime when folks overhaul a engine, and install new mounts at the same time how much of the "new feel" comes from the mounts. What a PITA to change.
