  1. 1967 Mooney M20F Exec 21 $75,000 This has been a great 150KTAS cross-country airplane that I've used to commute between Greensboro, NC and Columbus, MS for USAF Reserve duty. I simply want to upgrade and mamma bear wants air conditioning. The engine compressions are all 75+ and it has served me well - lots of IFR, ILS & GPS approaches to near minimums, etc. The panel is updated with an Aspen 1000Pro, Garmin 430w, Garmin 796 (yoke mounted), and Century III A/P that all work together. The color JPI EDM730 helps to maximize fuel efficiency and keep close tabs on the engine. It just came back from Wet Wingologists in May 2022 with a COMPLETE FUEL TANKS RESEAL ($12,200). The tanks are under warranty for 7 years! Log Books are available upon request. 3. Well Folks, I had a phone call yesterday morning, and the fella on the other end of the line offered my money for my unused M20F. I took it. "Time Machine" has gone to a commercial operator up in the Yukon.. Last year I only flew 30 hours on the bird. I did the company books up and found average cost per hour for maintenance, hanger, fuel & insurance was $320. That doesn't include long term stuff like engine overhaul. The bird was owned by my company and hard to justify. I was not using it for the intended purpose... Basically, it was a bird without a mission. I really enjoyed the 3 years of Mooney Flying but I am going to take a year off airplane ownership. Good Luck and Fly Safe, Paul K
