This may have been done before and if so, I’m sorry, but I’d like to put a “pinned” topic together listing those CFIs who are willing to do Mooney checkouts for potential new owners. I've flown with him the last three consecutive days and he's ready to solo; his new instructor will just need to verify that and do a lesson of pattern work and he'll solo, I'm sure. He also has a lot of the requirements already knocked out for the private so once he gets a good CFI lined up things should progress quickly. But I don't have the time to take him on as a studen
