Sounds like a great trip. Having spent 5 years there for school, I do miss the Palouse from time to time. Not to confuse anyone, but the school there is actually Washington State University.

Ray, Which UPT base are you going to? I was in Enid two months ago and the GA airport sounded pretty nice. I'm about half way done with my first assignment at Cannon and am thinking about what I want to do next. Ed

Hello Mooneyspace Members, I'm a 27 year old Air Force pilot. I also fly an M20E one the side. The Air Force requires an annual medical exam (1042) and I was told by the FSDO that the exam also counts for the FAA required medical certificate. I can't find this in the FARs. Does anyone know if this is written anywhere? Thanks! Ed

Might want to look into Ardmore, OK...only 117NM east and they have a pretty good BBQ place called the Blue Pig. Ed
