All the panels are laser engraved with white fill. I cut, powdercoated, and laser engraved all the panels for my HDX, my self.

I had a trophy shop do this batch years ago. The same shop screwed up my newest panel and a customers, so… I bought my own laser engraver and do it myself. And it looks better.

I have a diode laser, 20W i believe it is. (Ortur) I use a thinner type of masking tape, rub it down real good. Burn through it and the powder. I use Rustoleum white, and just mist it lightly, and follow up with quick passes of a heat gun, mist and repeat until it has good coverage. You can't get the paint to wet or it will bleed under the tape. Pull the tape off. Let it dry a bit and rub another fresh strip of masking tape over the lettering and it will pull the insides of letter O's, D' etc off. The last trophy shop I used (for several panels) had my panels for 3 weeks, then screwed them up. I can cut, powdercoat and engrave, and start assembly in a day now.
