  11. While checking for some damage, in the rh flap hinges , , we found some corrocion in part of the stub spar, at the attachement of the 3rd inner hinge. My question is , what are the repair options, aside from replacing the hole inner stub spar from the center rear spar up to the spliced section,(thats a 6 to 8 foot long piece), Any Ideas? and how do you gain acces to the area of attachement of the stub spar and the center spar splice?.
