  1. Glad to hear a success story, E. We picked up over 10kts IAS by fine tuning aleron, elevator and especially rudder rigging using factory jigs and specifications. See previous posts for details. Highly reccomend doing so at each annual!
  2. I still have two E Model SureCheck checklists. One is the "Pro" model; laminated two sides. The other is the "Full" model; 13 pages, spiral bound. $10.00 for both via PayPal includes US postage. My e-mail is: airkraft@comcast.net. Thanks, all.
  3. Jolie, Chris PM me with adress info., or better yet, use airkraft@comcast.net (my e-mail). One is SureCheck PRO model; laminated two sides. Other is Full model; 14 pages spiral bound. See: Surecheckaviation.com for details. Just looking for postage. ...gary
  4. I have 2 SureCheck checklists. Anybody want 'em?
  5. Anyone in need of a checklist for 1964-1967 E models? I have the Surecheck "Full Checklist" (Spiral bound, plastic laminated, 13 Pages) and the "Pro Checklist" (2 sides, plastic laminate).
  6. Dave, Jason, Quinn, et. al. I tried a PM but it did not go through. We are (unfortunately) selling a very well cared for 1966 E model. See www.mooneypilots.com or call/contact for more detail. Thanks and welcome!... GK
  7. Good to hear, Dave. Hope you'll take me up in the J sometime soon!... GK
  8. Canopy cover, at least, I hope. Certainly not ideal storage conditions. Like the others have said, communicate with Lasar. They know what they are doing... GK
  9. Alan, I'd also look at where the aircraft has been in making my decision on whether to inspect more thoroughly. Hangered in Tucson or tied down outside in Houston?
  10. Hi Dave, We installed the turn limit indicator at first annual. It was not overly expensive, as I recall. It's a MAC part that became available through a service bulletin. The turn limits are reached very easily. Did you ever find a J model? Enjoyed the mountain wave soaring lesson... GK

  12. Thanks, 223 I'll look into APA but it will be difficult to find a new group of three that worked as well as we had! The airplane has about 1,635TT, 175 or so SMOH by Western Skyways. 201 style W/S and lots of maintanence upgrades. MSC annuals. Good, for original, paint. 2001 interior is excellent. Anyway, if anyone has any interest PM me, call or go to MAPA web site for more details. Again, I do not want to overstep any boundrys on this fantastic web resource!
  13. Unfortunately, we've decided to dissolve our Mooney partnership. Is there an appropriate method or protocol using MooneySpace to list an aircraft or other Mooney related items for sale? If there is not, I think a special forum for this purpose would be useful and desirable. Any thoughts?
