With the broad array of questions you have, I suggest our search feature is your best option.
Be aware that hangers are few, and very costly in SoFL.
Good luck!

If you want to fly supersonic, join the USAF.

Just my way of staying current.
The good news is flyboy knows what he's doing.....

Warning, Xtrmedia....
Flyboy will most likely put on foggles, and turn you into a safety pilot. Trust you're 'comfortable' with that.

In Ocala,FL
Looking for an IA to do the pre-buy and if all goes well to sign it off as an annual as the plane hasn't had one in quite some time
If the plane has been sitting, and out of annual for a while, expect the PPI to find lots of stuff, and the annual to be more than a simple sign off.

....Unfortunately, my taste in airplanes exceeds my willingness to part with my money....
A very common ailment.
Good luck finding both an acceptable partnership and a like minded partner. Not easy tasks.

Without that plate, he's asking $22,000

Whatever you do, DON"T trust those young volunteer's with follow me flags.

+++2 on Phil Jimenez. Down to earth, very competent, knows Mooney, and is fair.

An excellent choice....good fortune with her

Trying to land gear down has the potential of causing more damage than a clean gear up like the pictured one.
Shearing the gear off, cartwheeling, nose over, toasted gear doors....you name it. Leave the gear up, and stop quickly and usually straight.
Subject pilot did a good job putting her down!

Stay home; don’t roam, all you intrepid fliers. Be safe and do thank all our first responders, and so many other courageously brave people on the front lines, assisting us to get through these perilous times.
May we stay positive and pull together. We will get through it, stronger, better and wiser.Gary

Dear Mooney Enthusiast,We had a great turnout at our last lunch at Winter Haven with 10 Mooneys, 1 Bonanza, and 1 Skipper bringing 21 people together. The weather was good, and everyone seem to enjoy the event. At any rate, since the Governor closed all of the restaurants except for take out, and considering everything else I have decided to cancel the entire schedule of events until this “situation” is behind us. I will make and e-mail a new schedule when things get back to normal.A new member, Chad Ward, would like to buy a M20J or K. If you have one for sale, or know of one for sale you can contact him at niche79@aol.comStay healthy and happy.Dave and Ruth- 1

Wonderful lesson for lots of airplane owner CB's.
Great plane, very fairly priced, well documented....sells in a week!
Parker, you didn't call me If I were in the market now, I'd have jumped on this rare beauty.
Good luck and best wishes to all involved.

I've flown into Everglades City more times than I can count. Great food, good times, friendly folks, and easy runway for a Mooney. Been in there several times with flyboy and his lovely wife.
Been to OSU once....that was more than enough

Amen to that, Parker!
I've had the same experience, sitting in Don's office many times.
"Contribute" --- ain't that like charity. Note that us Mooney folk aren't know as "big spenders".
Stay working on the planes, mechanics, not holding hands with freeloaders
