If this Mooney has been regularly flown and well-maintained it looks very desirable to me.  That electric gear could very easily be converted back to manual by a resourceful new owner.  We did it to ours back in the mid 80s.  A used Johnson bar assembly, a pushrod or two, and a couple gear lock blocks and that was about it.  Most if not all of the cost could probably be recovered by selling off the removed electric gear components. Charlie Dugosh shipped us all the used parts we’d need and we shipped him back what we took off in exchange.  He said at the time that he did the conversion in each direction a few times every year.
