Hi All, I recently removed the front seats on my Mooney M20J. The seats had been stickling a little when I tried to slide them. This is a new to me Mooney and it appears the rails had not been cleaned in years. My question is: Should I lubricate the tracks after I clean the rails? If so, what type of lubricant is recommended?

Hi, I just purchase my M20J last year. The annual is due and I am looking for a reasonable price for my annual. I have read other threads with annual cost ranging from $580 to $3000 or more. Who do you recommend for Northern California, and how much should I expect to pay. I am based at KLHM Lincoln, CA.

Hi, Where is a good place with a fair price for avionics installation? I live in California. The quotes I've gotten vary wildly, so I am wondering what is a fair price. I am also having a hard time finding a shop to install it now. Some say there is a 6 month waiting list. Some say they can install in February, and it will take 4 weeks.

Hi, I am purchasing a Mooney 201 and need a ferry pilot. Since the trip is from El Paso, Tx to Lincoln, CA I would like to find someone that is a CFII just in case of weather. I have not flown in a couple years and want to get instruction on the way back. I am under contract and delayed twice already. I want to pick up the plane either 8/5/21 for 8/6/21.
