  1. This may be a thread somewhere but what kind of fuel burn numbers should one expect from a bravo at lower power settings? Let’s say a speed of 140-150ktas, 8-10k ft(something along the lines of where my f reaches). Considering options from my f model again but fuel burn, weight and range is always a factor and seems a little difficult to match the F in those terms. An eagle or encore I know is the answer but a little pricey now.
  2. Considering the idea of moving to a bravo from our m20f executive. The cruise speed is very appealing but the payload has me concerned. The F model we currently have, I can fill up completely and still carry 650lbs. I would like to be able to do that with a bravo but it seems like a unrealistic goal. From the numbers, it seems like a 2 person airplane with full fuel. Is there any real world figures from anyone on the forum? Anyone have a suggestion on a upgrade from the f model? Needing a true 4 person airplane with considerable usable fuel. Really want to like the newer long body versions but the weight is a huge factor. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Hello, I have a 76 f model and am needing a seal for my fuel selector valve. I contacted Don Maxwell and he said he has not heard of this particular fuel valve on this model before. Seems a bit strange to me, but wanted to check with everyone here. I got the part number but it came back as a different unit. Never have seen one with two bolts in the parts catalog. Just needing the seal for the bowl and screen. Pic is below to help aid in my horrific description [emoji6] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Thanks for all the input. What does the burn test consist of and who can do it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Ok, I am having trouble finding legal binding regulations on aircraft interior. I know a very reputable car interior fabricator, and am wondering if he can recover the seats in my m20f? I am trying to do as much research as possible to make sure this is legal to do. I keep finding AC 20-178, which talks about the burn test, but this is only guidance and not a regulation on compliance. So the quick question I have is can he recover my interior? 6. It appeared from the air bleed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. It appears that the metal sleeve was damaged and the fitting that fastens the fuel line to the injector was not able to seal completely. It was very odd because it seemed tight and was torqued to spec before. I had the surprise of a bunch of blue die when the panels were pulled. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Did you have to tweak them at all after the initial install? I know they ask for results after the installation. Unfortunately I did not get to do the lean test prior to ordering due to fuel leaking out of one injector [emoji51]. The main reason I’m going with them is because one of my old injectors is bad and has the plane grounded at the moment. I thought with all the positive reviews on the gami’s I would just replace the old ones with them. Not sure if it is necessary, but thought I would see what others thought of the conversion overall. 9. Just ordered some gami injectors for my io-360. What are some real world results to expect compared to the stock injectors. I had a fuel leak on one of the stock injectors so I wanted to replace them anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Looks awesome! Hope to get to that point one day. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  14. Will look into YouTube more, it is quite the undertaking coming from no background in drafting. I can do some basic sketches but not what I would like to be able to do. Thanks for all the input! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
