Thank You Jim for the post. Pictures will be attached. Fuel tanks, Only work necessary were to replace / reseal bottom access screws and Mooney specific RTV sealant for some very minor fuel weaping. I have had the airplane over 22 years and "baby" it..after rotation pull back on power to 70% or less, try to do soft landings 100% of the time. Aircraft has never been used as a trainer, Corrosion. Every Annual full Corrosion X treatment, therefore interior factory new; exterior, any spots noted are treated and spot painted.
