  1. Hello, To all you Mooniacs, I'm having an issue with my gear relay fuse tripping when raising and lowering the gear. Two mechanics have looked at the issue with no fix. Recently when raising the gear after takeoff, the gear relay fuse will "pop" and the gear will not retract fully. The gear will then extend after the gear lever handle is lowered and the fuse pushed back in. If the gear does not trip when retracting the gear, it has been tripping when extending the gear prior to landing. The problem, so far, has been resolved with pushing the fuse back in and subsequent lowering of the gear lever. The problem was intermittent at first, but now it seems to happen every flight. The two mechanics have put the plane on jacks and there is no issue lowering and raising the gear....they've stated they've applied force when extending and retracting with no issues. We have also replaced the gear relay fuse with a new one....same issue upon flight. One of the mechanics has stated he also applied airspeed to the pitot tube and extended and retracted the gear on jacks with no issues. So, the problem seems to only happen during actual flight. In addition, the mechanic has applied lubricant to all rotational points. Does anyone have any suggestions or similar experiences? The airplane is a 1998 Mooney J model Allegro. Any insight would be helpful! Thank you
