  1. HI, trying to get my starter off on a M20J with IO360-A3B6D engine, got all the bolts off but the airbox / plenum is preventing it from coming out. Any suggestions ?
  2. If the caps are too difficult to open , then they require adjustment. It is a very simple procedure. Remove the cotter pin, loosen the nut. Test to see that it is easier but still tight enough to seal. Upon completion of the test , install a new cotter pin. I never let the fuel personnel put the caps back on. If they get cocked , it makes them difficult to open again, even if properly adjusted.

  6. Vibration issues are sometimes difficult to pinpoint. Try examining the spinner, I was surprised of how much vibration a cracked spinner may cause.

  8. My boost pump works just fine , but it does drip 1 drop every two minutes out of the drain in the tunnel area. This continues even with the fuel valve in the off position. How much fuel is in that area? M20E with Dukes pump

  10. Looking for an exhaust system for an M20E 1966, need the entire exhaust system as mine was modified and is now not compatible with new parts.
