    Looks great!! I would like to work on my IFR later this summer if time and funds permit. I need to get my wings resealed prob before I can get new equipment.

    I will look at the tach tomorrow closer....it had better equipment and it was pulled about 10 years ago....thanks for the input and suggestions. I just ordered the Stratus 2 and the yoke mount for the I pad mini. I am looking forward to using my Forflight next week with the instructor. TR

    Took a few picks of my panel. Any input would be appreciated. I guess the guy that owned it before me was blind and loved label makers. Love to find a new/good condition panel cover for my passenger side. It's all cracked and looks bad. I am thinking about putting my Aera 560 in the hole in the middle and put an I pad mini on my yoke. If someone is upgrading and has some older avionics please message me. I hope to work on my instrument rating next year and will be needing some additions to my panel.

    My M20B does not have a step. Must have been taken off at some point. It would be nice to have one.

    I have a total of 3 flights in my new to me M20B and I love this plane. My right hand is a little bloody from hitting the sweat belt clip when putting the Jbar down. Not a lot of room between the seats. Your plane looks awesome.

      What operating system are you using? If Windows, try reducing with MS Paint. IF iOS you could get the app "Gimp", a fully functional photo post processing tool. Steeper learning curve but pretty capable (and easy enough to reduce picture size).

    Thanks for all the responses. No hard feelings. I don't even have the plane yet and I'm already looking for upgrades. I'm just excited that I may have my own plane next week if everything checks out. It's only set up only VFR so I would be happy with any new upgrades.

    In the process of buying an old Mooney. A 430w would be a perfect addition to my only VFR panel. How much are you thinking?

    I am in the process of buying a 1961 M20B with minimal equipment. I would love the Garmin if it would work in the plane. Thanks for passing things forward. This will be my first airplane.
