Thanks guys. I tried to post some pics and my files are too big. Not sure how to reduce them.

What operating system are you using? If Windows, try reducing with MS Paint. IF iOS you could get the app "Gimp", a fully functional photo post processing tool. Steeper learning curve but pretty capable (and easy enough to reduce picture size).
