That was happening to me with other people avatars. If you are using an iPad or mobile device switch back and forth once with the mobile version of the MS and it will reset the page. It in the bottom left corner of the screen.

My Ipad started doing that again as well doesn't happen on my PC here at work not sure what is meant by switch back and forth
