Turning the Prop Effect Off With Camera

It's easy, just search Neutral Density Filter on Amazon.  Get one to fit your camera. I use them on my GoPro's. It's just a dark filter. It serves to lower the light through the lens and thus gets the camera to slow the shutter speed to compensate. If you have a full featured video camera or if I'm shooting video with my Canon 60D, I can manually adjust the F stop to get the same effect.  But on a GoPro, Contour, Garmin, etc. the f stop is automatic. So use a neutral density filter to get it to adjust its self.
