One of the least expensive M20Ms on the market. It could use some paint, but runs great, with a fresh annual. Garmin 530 with XM weather, Strikefinder, TKS, Garmin 330 mode S transponder with TIS traffic, and the other usual Bravo stuff. 550 SMOH. Mattituck Red Gold tuned cylinders runs LOP at 15 GPH.

1991 model - N1086T. $153,900. Majority partner (of 3) has "upgraded" to an RV-10, so plane is for sale. Would also consider partnership(s) in Atlanta area. See ad on ASO.com for pictures.

An interesting topic for the Bravo crowd is LOP. Most are unable without incurring vibration challenges or lower output.

That's probably the least expensive TKS bird on the market, of any make. ASO doesn't say if it's FIKI though - I assume not.
