  5. HI, I know this has been covered previously but I cannot find a tag for it. My Mooney has developed a pulsing on the Volt and Amp meter. It bounces from charge to discharge and 13.2 to 14.2 Volts. In the past, cleaning the contacts on the Master Switch sorted this out but this time, it did not. Can someone point me to the solution for this. OBTW, it does not matter what load is on it pulses just the same. It does cause a pusling static on some radio freq's and there is sort of a pulsing tone in the background on the intercom. I am guessing it is some sort of ground corrosion problem. Thanks in advance. Jack M. N3876H
  6. I have been very happy with Avionix at KPGD. They have installed a Garmin 400w, Kt-74 and JPI 830 and have been great both in the install and customer support after. Sarasota installed my Aspen and it was not the best experience.
  7. How about a pair of lower Main Gear doors for a M20J?
  8. I have a Ki-209a which was used with a Garmin 155TSO and a KN-53 before my Aspen was installed. Will consider selling the GPS and it's switch too. Let me know and I will provide details. J. Maher
  9. Hi Bruce, I have a polished aluminum spinner in my hanger that I was going to put on ebay or something. I can have a picture or two taken and send them to you. Jack Maher N3876h@gmail.com
  10. Thanks Mucho! I think they will help but I will let you know by Friday if it works out. Tks again!
  11. I own a 1980 M20J with manual cowl flaps. While my engine was in overhaul, I took the opportunity to have the motor mount checked out. Now the problem is that the manual is not sufficiently detailed to sort out the rerigging. Could someone take a picture of the cowl flap linkage at the motor mount (open and closed) and post them or email them to n3876h@gmail.com. Tks in advance Jack
  12. Hi Jim, Last time I flew that long, it was trans atlantic. Pretty impressive trip congrats!! Jack M.
