  1. Are you going to be in WI for the holidays?
  2. I have a RoboTow for sale that I used to move my Ovation over the last four years. A discription can be seen on the Sportys website. The charger, battery, and tow bar all work as new. I'll sell it for $1,050 with free shipping.
  3. I would be pleased to be part of the Mooney map. I'm at KEAU. Jack
  4. Any pros or cons for this shop in Bartow FL.?
  5. I'm in Eau Claire so probably not much help, but I go to Jason in Benson, MN. I would think there would be plenty of help in the Chicago area. If you don't have any luck around Chicago John Miller is a very experienced Mooney mechanic. He is above Green Bay in Iron Mountain Kubick Aviation. Jack
  6. Simon A long way to go but an Eagle for sale in Menomonie, WI KLUM. It has been advertised in the MAPA Log magazine. Jack
  7. It looks like the muffs work. thanks for all the great information yes the coat we have is a two piece - top and belly
  8. Thanks also for the tip on putting the flaps down. This is getting off topic a bit, but we have the full gear set up for our Greyhound. We are new to this but they are supposed to have a single layer of skin unlike most that have 2. So you guessed it a full adornment of coats and boots. I would hate to think she is just being a fashionista!
  9. Thank you very much! Ill google mitt muffs haven't heard of those.

  11. Your experience would be much appreciated jack
  12. I've been using the Robotow from Sporty's. Has worked fine for 2 years now and also folds into the baggage area. Jack
  13. Lots of great information thanks for the continued discussion . What a great aircraft. I'm coming over from a C182 so I think you all must know how impressed I am about the efficiencies and speed of the m20r. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  14. Thanks. At 9000 If I use the visor power settings for 65%, 2400 RPM, I think the MP was round 20", 14.2 gph,(ROP), 170 true.
